The staff was helpful. On-site parking was available, convenient. The hotel's proximity to the town center allowed a short walk to various amenities. I found the hotel downstairs kept clean.
The light above the door could not be switched off. This made it a little difficult to sleep.

The free parking was convenient. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciated secure parking. The room had a bath and a shower. It was spacious and included a cabinet, desk, and a bed.
The room smelled a little stale. I had to keep the window open to get fresh air. This meant anyone passing by could see in, which reduced privacy. The wi-fi quality was poor. I struggled to do any work.

My room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke IT was quite unpleasant. the bathroom grout looked dirty and had some visible mold. the kettle in the room had limescale. It needed cleaning BEFORE i could use it.

the location was convenient with parking at the rear of the building. i appreciated that an iron and ironing board were already in the room.. i did not have to request them. the staff were friendly and helpful at check-in.
the room was a bit dated and could use some updating. the curtains was old, almost stiff, suggesting they may not have been cleaned recently. the bathroom had poor lighting.

the front desk staff were attentive and friendly during check-in i was given my room key without delay. my room included tea and coffee making facilities which i appreciated. the provided kettle looked new. the room was very clean and well kept providing a relaxing atmosphere after a tiring day.
the gym has limited equipment the weight machines are old and some were out of service. maintenance is necessary. this limited my workout options.
